We are a Dental Practice in the Athens, GA area seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing team. As a Dental Hygiene Assistant, you will work closely with the Hygiene team to create comfortable experiences for our patients. We pride ourselves on our high standard of customer service with patients and staff. We are a family-oriented based practice expanding and growing rapidly. *Compensation range based on experience*


  • Prepare treatment rooms, including sterilization of trays, instruments and treatment rooms.
  • Assist Hygienist with procedures and clinical recording of patient exams and treatment planning as needed.
  • Review patient’s medical histories.
  • Take necessary dental x-rays.
  • Review Hygienists schedule and help maintain patient flow throughout the day.
  • Review patient chart prior to Hygienist’s arrival and anticipate the hygienist’s needs for each patient.
  • Set-up and prepare dental equipment and instrumentation.
  • Perform coronal polishing and apply fluoride according to the direction of the Dentist.
  • Adhere to confidentiality, state, federal, and HIPPA laws and guidelines with regards to patient’s records.

*Shift: 12 hrs/day.*

  • Pay: $11.00 – $17.00 per hour
